On March 4, 2011, according to the requirements of Chongqing municipal government and municipal safety supervision bureau, expert group of Jiangbei Safety Supervision Bureau of Chongqing City preliminarily evaluates the responsibility implementation of Southwest Synthetic Pharmaceuticals.
